The Emissaries of Water are those people who feel that water is special to the world and that through creating positive change in water we can affect the world. Humans are made out of 70% water and we can affect that water with good vibrations and positive thinking, the emissaries are all people who know this to be a fact, both laymen and scientists and are dedicated to the mission of spreading this information to the world.
